We are pleased to welcome some new members to our team!
Hakan Lofcali, Software Developer
Vera Müller-Schön, Management Assistant
Hakan Lofcali, Software Developer based in Frankfurt
Hakan joined our Frankfurt team in September as a Software Developer. After briefly studying philosophy at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Hakan decided to make IT his major instead of his minor, and relocated to the University of Konstanz on the beautiful shores of Lake Constance. While studying there, he also worked as a student trainee at W3 Data GmbH in the frontend for a research project relating to meteorological data.
He met some — to use his own words — “cool” ETECTURE employees during a FrankfurtJS meetup at the company, and gained the impression that he could develop and learn a great deal here. Hakan is determined to become really good at his job in software development, as he has set himself the goal of always developing high-quality solutions. So far he has been particularly impressed by the welcome everyone has extended to him, and the feeling that he could get to work right from day one.
Vera Müller-Schön, Management Assistant based in Karlsruhe
Vera left the hotel industry in 2008 and joined ETECTURE as a Team Assistant. After some tough but educational years in the hospitality business, she stumbled upon an ETECTURE job advertisement purely by chance. The ad could have been written just for her. Once she had met her new colleagues, Vera soon realized that she had found her dream job, with its beautiful courtyard setting, an easygoing, open team, and no two days the same! Since then she has worked in the Karlsruhe office with occasional tastes of PR and marketing. After a second short break, she is now in the role of Management Assistant.
It is important to Vera to come to work full of enthusiasm every day. She is eager to find out what else is in store for her after such a stimulating seven years, and in which other areas she will be able to find fulfillment and support her colleagues.
She likes the fact that she is an important member of a wonderful team at ETECTURE, and that everyone always works hard together but can also have plenty of fun. The job involves respectful interaction, lots of flexibility and some great parties :-).
We wish you all every success and a lot of fun in our team! A very warm welcome once again.
